"Always great food - the free delivery is what keeps me and my family ordering from here. The sushi is excellent, and my partner is a big fan of their crab Rangoon. We've ordered from them several times and nothing has ever been bad that we've gotten. Couldn't tell you what the restaurant itself is like, but this is for sure a great place to have deliver. Prices aren't too bad - it isn't cheap cheap, but it certainly isn't expensive. Best Asian cuisine in the area that I've tried, and I've lived here my whole life. My partner who is from the West Coast (where Asian cuisine is phenomenal, I'd imagine due to proximity) says that this is the only restaurant on the East Coast that they've had that is just as good as what they've had on the West Coast - and they've lived in many different states on both sides of the country. Tldr yes you should order from here."

"Overall I would order here again but it wouldn’t be my go-to. The spicy salmon/spicy tuna/shrimp tempura combo was solid, and the general Tsos chicken had a good flavor. I generally prefer my fried rice a little more veggie-laden but it also had decent flavor, somewhat mild but it paired nicely with the chicken. The crab rangoons were a little bland but the texture was spot on. The scallion pancakes tasted great but the texture wasn’t what I expected, very flaky. It got here in a very reasonable amount of time for Super Bowl Sunday, so no complaints there."

"We order delivery from here every time we want Chinese. At first, it was just because it's close by, but we keep coming back because the delivery is quick and the food is very good. I have enjoyed everything I've ordered from Lucky House and will be a loyal customer as long as I live in Norwich!"

"Not sure where some bad reviews come from but it’s a hidden gem! It’s kinda hard to find authentic Chinese food after visiting New London, but this place is good to go and the staffs are friendly as well. We ordered the spring roll, tso chicken, some sushi, and sweet sour soup — everything was fresh and flavorful. The spring rolls were crispy, the chicken perfectly cooked with just the right amount of sauce not too heavy, and even the sushi was a nice surprise. The heart looks so cute. The soup was especially delicious with veggies. highly recommended Definitely one of the best spots around if you are visiting Mystic or New London areas."

"Ordered delivery online. Delivery driver followed delivery instructions perfectly (my house is not visible from the road). Food was exactly as ordered/requested & so delicious. Would recommend to anyone!"

"I was craving Chinese. I wasn’t close to home, so no going to my favorite place. I chose Lucky House because of location. I am glad I did. Everything was good. Lunch combo chicken-green beans-pork fried rice. Side of boneless ribs. My only complaint is it’s in a plaza, so parking is based off business around them as well."

"We got take-out to bring to our hotel. The Poo-Poo platter was delicious as well as the smoked eel sushi & the beef & broccoli combo meal. They were also very accommodating with sauces."

"I asked more than once on my order to make my wings extra extra crispy. Well if what I got was the chef's thinking these were extra extra crispy he needs to be retrained. The other item I got was also a "deep fried" item as well the eggplant, it was questionable. So I don't know what all the hype is about. JMO"
